Comenzamos un gran proyecto desarrollando una nueva línea de negocio y buscamos un E-commerce & Online Marketing Manager (presencial) para nuestro centro de negocios en Meco, Madrid.
Serás la mano derecha del CEO y te encargarás de desarrollar y ejecutar las estrategias a nivel comercial, atención al cliente y marketing de la tienda online, incluyendo contenido web y merchandising. ¡Tendrás que construir un equipo imbatible!
Si te apasiona la gestión empresarial, si te gusta liderar equipos de trabajo y desarrollar proyectos, esta es tu oportunidad.
Te encargarás de crear y formar los equipos de:
– Atención al cliente
– Venta cruzada o sugerida
– Marketing (Contenido web y merchandising)
Requisitos
- Experiencia en cargo similar o E-commerce Manager al menos 4-5 años
- Nivel alto de inglés (IMPRESCINDIBLE – Se realizarán entrevistas en inglés)
- Castellano fluido
- Serán necesarias reuniones periódicas en el extranjero
- Persona meticulosa
- Excelente dotes de comunicación y RR.PP
- Dotes de organización y establecer prioridades
- Persona autoexigente, con capacidad de crecimiento y desarrollo
- Enfocado al cliente y a resultados
- Capacidad de liderazgo, capaz de desarrollar a los componentes del equipo
Conocimientos
- SEO
- SEA (Google Adwords, Bing Ads)
- Remarketing (Criteo, Google Red display)
- Comparadores de precios (Google Shopping, Kelkoo, Idealo,…)
- Email Marketing (Mailchimp o similares)
- Herramienta analítica web (Google Analytics, Search Console, otras)
- Conocimiento de HTML y CSS
