Cómo divertirse en el trabajo
Desde 1996 el día 1 de abril, se celebra el Día Internacional de la Diversión en el trabajo o, como lo llaman en inglés «Fun at Work Day». Se trata de un día en el que se quiere llevar el humor y la diversión al trabajo. La idea surgió en Estados Unidos (de Playfair). Quién está impulsando este día en España es la consultora «HUMOR POSITIVO» que desde hace varios años ha realizado varias acciones para revindicar la importancia de este día. Algunas de las acciones fueron:
Convocar una manifestación a favor de la diversión en el trabajo. Le enviaron una carta al Ministro de Trabajo con una serie de revindicaciones.
En 2009 presentaron un plan de rescate humorístico contra la crisis en pleno Parque del Retiro. Pero eso puede ser lo más «normal», ya que han hecho desde carreras hasta oficiar una boda empresarial, dos empresas enamoradas que querían hacerlo oficial. Y ¿por qué se plantean todas estas acciones? Porque el humor tiene sus beneficios, os lo vamos a contar.

Actividades para la Diversión en el Trabajo
- Hacer sesiones de papiroflexia: Es relajante, aprendes algo nuevo y fomenta la creatividad y el ingenio.
- Día de disfraces: ¿Te imaginas estar trabajando al lado de un cowboy y de un pollo? Esto puede pasar si organizáis un día de disfraces en el trabajo. Generar un buen clima ayudará a que estemos más motivados. Y ya de paso, nos echamos unas risas.
- Hacer un sorteo o tómbola: Puedes organizar una cesta o varios premios y hacer una tómbola en la oficina, seguro que todo el mundo querrá participar.
- Redecora la oficina: Podéis decorar la oficina durante la semana de la diversión en el trabajo de forma más divertida y colorida.
- Compañero invisible: Sí, hablamos de hacer el tradicional amigo invisible. Una forma de intentar conocer a tu compañero buscando un regalo que le pueda gustar.
